Missions

Answering God's Call

We are committed to serving children and disenfranchised, those in poverty or struggling with homelessness, the unreached and persecuted, and the trafficked and enslaved. We believe strongly in these ministry partnerships because we know that God does His work through relationship. Each of these ministries have been called by God and have a passion so that, when we are not with them, God’s Kingdom work continues while we prayerfully support their ministry.

Being on mission with God means listening for and answering His call daily. Mt. Bethel is blessed to have Missions partnerships that offer us opportunities to be on mission locally and globally every day through prayers, giving, caring, and serving.

On Mission 365 Serve Day

The purpose of ON MISSION 365 is to remind us of our daily calling to be on mission with God. In answer to that call, our Mt. Bethel Missions Team has coordinated several opportunities for us to serve as a family of faith alongside Missions partners in our community. These opportunities provide ways for each of us to learn about the calling of these ministries and how they meet the needs of their communities, while enabling us to build new relationships with our partners and create connections with the mission after Serve Day concludes.

Focus Areas

How We Respond to God's Call

Children & Disenfranchised

God calls us to care for children who have no family or who struggle academically and socially because they come from disadvantaged families.

Homelessness & Extreme Poverty

God calls us to care for those who are without the basic necessities to survive so we might demonstrate God’s love by being his hands and feet.

Trafficked & Enslaved

God calls us to free those who are being held captive sexually or physically through love, support, and viable options to escape their situation.

Unreached & Persecuted

God calls us to share the good news with those who have not heard it and care for those who have been persecuted for being a disciple of Jesus.
