Mt. Bethel has partnered with missions ministries in the U.S. and around the world that are making a difference in the lives of people both physically and spiritually. These mission ministries are in the trenches every day of the year. As our members support these ministries, both through being involved personally as well as through resources, we receive an incredible blessing.

Short-term Mission Teams

We believe that every member of our church who has the opportunity to participate on a short-term mission team should do so. We believe God has called us to go, send or do both. We invite you to pray about how God would have you to participate in short-term mission trips this year.

…I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me.” -Matthew 25:40

Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.”” -Matthew 28:18-20

Missionaries

Mt. Bethel believes that God called us to support long-term missionaries around the world. We support missionaries who have come from within our congregation as well as missionaries who we have come in contact within ministry that are having an impact for God’s Kingdom. Because long-term relationships are so powerful in reaching people for Christ, our missionaries hold a special place within our missions ministry. We ask that you would prayerfully support our long-term missionaries this year.

You will receive your power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth. -Acts 1:8

Global Mission Partners

We believe strongly in these ministry partnerships because we know that God does His work through relationship. The other great benefit in these mission partnership is each of these ministries have been called by God and have a passion so that, when we are not with them, God’s Kingdom work continues while we prayerfully support their ministry. As you look over these ministries see if God might be stirring your heart to partner with one of these ministries in an ongoing way.

And do not forget to do good and to share with others, for with such sacrifices God is pleased. -Hebrews 13:16
