Mt. Bethel Recreation offers the perfect mix of instructional and competitive sports for children and youth ages four to 14. The most important components that we instill are learning fundamentals, team work, and having fun. So that our families can still enjoy time together, we limit practices to once per week and schedule one game per week during each sports season.

In addition to youth sports, the Mt. Bethel Christian Activity Center offers adults in the community a free workout facility complete with exercise equipment, weight room, and walking track. Members and non-members alike are also invited to take part in a variety of fitness classes. Mt. Bethel North Campus is home for tennis and swimming activities. TEMPORARY CAC HOURS: Beginning Friday, September 24 at 3pm the walking track and equipment will be closed until Monday, October 4 at 9am due to painting.

CAC  HOURS OF OPERATION: Walking track/cardio equipment open Monday – Friday, 9am – 3pm.  Hours are subject to change. Thanks and God bless!


WEATHER UPDATES:  Wednesday, September 22, All games are on EXCEPT for football. W2-W3 is cancelled due to wet field, however W3 has pictures today so show up in the CAC at your scheduled picture time – 5:15.  _______________________________________________________________________________________

FALL SPORTS:  Opening Day is this Saturday, August 28.




FITNESS:  We are now registering for Yoga. We offer a Gentle Yoga on Monday and Wednesday 10:00 class and a Friday 1:00 class, taught by Bev Stegman.  You must pre-register for the entire session, no drop-ins. Register online at Space is limited. We hope to be adding more classes.

Tai Chi: We offer a Tuesday 1:00 class and a Thursday 1:00 class. You must pre-register for the entire session. No drop ins. Space is limited.
