Share God’s love with a needy child by packing a shoe box designated with age and gender, and bring it to the altar for Mt. Bethel’s Dedication Sunday on November 12 during any of the services. You can find out how to pack a box, as well as download the necessary forms by going to the Operation Christmas Child website to find all the information you need to give the gift of hope and joy. NEW this year: Please do not include candy or toothpaste. Mailing cost to be included in your box is now $9.
Operation Christmas Child’s mission is to demonstrate God’s love in a tangible way to needy children around the world, and together with the local Church worldwide to share the Good News of Jesus Christ.
Over the last 23 years, Operation Christmas Child has distributed hundreds of millions of shoe boxes filled with gifts for boys and girls in 150 countries. Each shoe box represents one more opportunity to reach a child with the gospel of Jesus Christ.
