About the Speaker: 

Danielle C. Humphrey is an Elder Law attorney with Hurley Elder Care Law in Atlanta, specializing in legal services for the elderly. The firm helps families navigate long-term care, including Life Care Planning, Medicaid, Guardianship, Asset Protection, Wills, Trusts, and Estate Administration. Hurley Elder Care Law aims to make future planning as smooth and empowering as possible.

Mrs. Humphrey has 31 years of legal experience, with a focus on elder law for the past 12 years. She is one of only fourteen Certified Elder Lawyers in Georgia. A skilled speaker, she frequently presents at conferences and seminars.

She was admitted to the Louisiana State Bar in 1990 and the Georgia State Bar in 2010. Mrs. Humphrey is a member of the American Bar Association and the Federal Bar Association and has served on various boards, including the Center for Medicare Services’ advisory board. She is also the past president of the Georgia Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.

Mrs. Humphrey lives in Sandy Springs, Georgia, with her husband Larry. They enjoy hiking and traveling.
