The International Leadership Institute (ILI) Team is comprised of men and women around the world who are passionately committed to a vision to change history by accelerating the spread of the Gospel through leaders empowered by the Holy Spirit. ILI began in 1998 with a desire to see the Great Commission fulfilled through Gospel acceleration. ILI’s Eight Core Values of the most effective Christian leaders provide a rock-solid foundation for a person’s life and leadership. Our mission is to train and mobilize indigenous leaders to reach their nations with the gospel of Jesus Christ.

What We Will Be Doing:

We will serve as faculty on a GoTeam, which comprises up to six individuals traveling to an ILI History Makers training event in San Jose, Costa Rica. By joining our international team led by Leonel Jimenez Nieto, National Coordinator for Costa Rica, you will embark on a transformative journey aimed at equipping leaders and accelerating the spread of the Gospel in San Jose.

Some team members will be responsible for teaching sessions, while others will serve on the prayer team. As the event approaches, session assignments will be provided by Leonel. The event will be taught in Spanish and a translator available for the sessions taught by a GoTeam member. Additionally, coaching for teaching sessions is available through the international office if needed.

During this experience, you will interact with exceptional men and women deeply committed to living out their Christian faith. We view this as a distinct opportunity to be inspired, challenged, and perhaps even humbled as you witness the continuous outpouring of the Holy Spirit on a daily basis.
