Taking Control of Depression and Anxiety

March 20 11:30 am - 1:30 pm  |  B118

Join us for our next Lunch and Learn with Dr. Susan Zonnebelt-Smeenge, clinical psychologist, and learn tips for gaining control of depression and anxiety.

🗓️ Date: March 20
⏰ Time: 11:30 am – 1:30 pm
📍 Location: B118

Do you find yourself worrying, getting nervous, or feeling down on occasion? If so, please join us in discussing how to identify and deal with the challenges of managing one’s “down mood” or the other extreme of more full-fledged depression/anxiety.

One of the focuses will be recognizing the signs and symptoms that are manifested when a person is struggling with either of those disorders, as well as what has contributed to them developing in the first place.

Both of these disorders can be treated by a number of helpful strategies even if they occur infrequently and not clinically diagnosed. Attending this presentation can benefit you by learning how to decrease worry or improve mood to enhance each day of your life!
