Worship Services

TraditionalEBulletin Archive

On Sundays, we have several worship services on three campuses around Marietta, GA. No matter what your preferred style of worship, you can find it at Mt. Bethel. We want to help everyone experience God and to grow in their Christian faith. We believe in gathering for worship with the common purpose of encountering and worshipping God. We invite you to visit any and all of our worship services and choose the one most meaningful to you.

Regular Worship Services

Early Traditional Worship Service [8:15am – Chapel]

The early service is for those who enjoy a smaller, traditional worship experience in the classical setting of our Chapel. Similar to the traditional service, the early service offers Methodist hymns, scripture readings, silent prayer and meditation, the Lord’s Prayer, sermon, and closing prayer.

Casual Traditional Worship Service [9:30am – Sanctuary]

Our 9:30am Sanctuary service has a traditional style worship with music that may include hymns, gospel songs, worship choruses, special music, and a variety of interpretation of old and new music. Although the order of worship is the same as the traditional service, the atmosphere is a little more casual.

Renewal Worship [10am – Mt. Bethel North Campus]

In the North Campus service, we integrate some of the traditional elements of worship such as candles, the Lord’s Prayer, a Psalter, and the Apostles Creed with modern worship and a Scriptural-based sermon. Our culture is relaxed and family friendly; we want you to come just as you are. We welcome shorts and flip-flops – yes, even in the cold weather! More About the North Campus »

Classic Traditional Worship Service [11am – Sanctuary and Online]

In the traditional service, the pastors are robed, the predominant musical accompaniment is the church organ, and a robed choir sings the anthem. There is an order of worship that typically includes a greeting, Methodist hymns, children’s message, scripture readings, silent prayer and meditation, the Lord’s Prayer, offering, sermon, and closing prayer. The sermons are given by the senior minister where he teaches using scripture, real life stories, and inspirational messages. This service is streamed live online at this link.

The Gathering: A Mt. Bethel Modern Service [11am – Fellowship Hall]

This service has a casual style of worship and incorporates modern music. The message is Biblically-based and the minister strives to relay God’s Word to a varied audience with a life application message for all. More about The Gathering »
