Rec Main ImageOur Recreational Ministry includes a wide variety of activities for children, high school students, and adults – from organized team sports such as basketball, baseball, softball, flag football, volleyball, and soccer to group fitness programs such as yoga, Pilates, and body sculpting.

The Christian Activities Center has an inside walking track, cardio equipment, a weight room, fitness classes, and an indoor climbing wall that is open to Mt. Bethel UMC members as well as the entire community. Whatever the activity might be, each is designed to achieve four primary objectives: witness, service, fellowship, and personal growth.

Normal operating Hours of CAC:  Monday – Friday :  7:30am-8:30pm; Saturday:  9:00am – 2:00pm


WEATHER UPDATE/FIELD CONDITIONS: Saturday, April 18 outdoor games cancelled due to rain and wet field conditions.  Makeup pictures will be inside the gym from 10am-2pm

Friday, April 17: Outdoor practices and games are cancelled for this evening.  Fields are soaked and there’s another good chance for more rain this evening.


SPRING SPORTS: Make up picture date:  Saturday, April 18 – Anytime between 10:00am and 2:00pm. Next to the pond. In case of rain, pictures will be taken in the Olympia Room of the CAC (gym).


Summer Camps:  Now registering.  Go to mtbethel.org/camps for dates and fees. 

Sports Camps I and II :  Come to the CAC to be put on a waiting list.


FITNESSExpress Boot Camp:  Begins Tuesday, April 14 – May 14, 10:50 – 11:20, everyday.  To see our complete schedule of fitness classes go to www.mtbethel.org/fitness for complete schedule and pricing. Introduction to Yoga Part II:  6 Week session begins April 13, 9:45 – 11:00.  Call or come by the CAC to reserve your spot.  Class size limited.
