CARE NIGHTS | Tuesdays and Wednesdays | Group Meeting Times Vary

Care Nights are intended to meet the various needs within our community, and all are welcome. Join us any Wednesday evening, and see what we have to offer you. For more information and program offerings, click here.

If your particular need requires a minister, our minister-on-call can be reached at 770.354.5433.

The Mt. Bethel Shepherd Counseling Center recognizes that people both inside and outside the church sometimes need the assistance of a mental health professional. We believe that the mission of the church goes beyond worship and teaching. The Shepherd Center provides a Christian setting to meet the psychological needs of the greater community. Our therapists are in general practice, offering the customary range of psychological services, including individual adult psychotherapy, individual child psychotherapy, assessment and evaluation, marital therapy, family therapy, group psychotherapy, and structured psycho-educational groups.

For more information, please call Tiffany Whittington at 678.908.5820.

THE RUTH YOUNG  WOMEN’S CANCER SUPPORT GROUP | First Tuesday of each month | 7pm | Mt. Bethel Community Center

Any woman experiencing cancer at Mt. Bethel or in the community is invited to participate in our faith-based women's cancer support group. Our mission to support any woman who has a diagnosis of cancer by making her cancer journey as easy and comfortable as possible. The monthly meetings offer emotional support as well as resources regarding cancer treatment. Contact Kim McGarr if you have questions or would like additional information.

If you are battling cancer, we want to help. We will assign a man who has gone through cancer and its treatment to be at the side of someone who is currently fighting that battle.

Please contact Glenn Ray or Kim McGarr if you have questions or would like additional information.

We have members who can provide guidance, direction, and prayer for those suffering from financial problems resulting from the death of a spouse, a change in employment, or any other reason. Perhaps you just need someone to help you prepare a budget, or be a sounding board about your financial plans.

Please contact Glenn Ray or Kim McGarr to get started.
