THIS WEEK

Weather permitting, our Outdoor Worship services will continue at both campuses this Sunday, September 27, at 9am. For more information, take a look at our event page.

Alpha is a series of short conversations that dive deeper into the questions regarding Christian faith. East Cobb campus will be kicking off a 9-week series starting Thursday, October 8, at 4pm.

Don't forget to sign up for a House Church! If you need help getting started, we would love to help.

DON'T TRUST US, TEST US

In this series, we look at the classic Christian virtues of Temperance, Prudence, Justice, and Courage through the life of the prophet Daniel. Living in exile in Babylon, Daniel didn’t just hold on to these principles in his mind, he put them to the test by living them out, and he was blessed. Today, we too may sometimes feel like strangers in a strange land. God has given us a way to walk not just because it seems right, but because it actually works. In a world that is increasingly less willing to take the church at its word, we’re okay saying, “Don’t trust us, test us.” Put God’s way to the test and see what these virtues can bring in your life.

PROJECT 82

A wailing infant, left alone in the halls of a Kenyan hospital, draws the attention of medical staff. The adults begin to ask each other, "Huyu mtoto ni wa nani?" (Translation: Who does this child belong to?) On average, this scene unfolds hundreds of times every month in Kenya. A mother abandons her child – in a hospital, clinic or a police station. Or a child is taken from their family because of neglect, mental illness, or a simple inability to provide the things a baby needs to grow and thrive.

PROJECT 82’s Neema House provides up to 25 babies with a home, a family, and a place to belong. Because they believe babies may be left alone, but they are never abandoned by their Heavenly Father.
