UPDATED OCTOBER 19, 2020

THIS WEEK

Weather permitting, our Outdoor Worship service is currently scheduled for this Sunday!

Please be advised. Four Mt. Bethel staff members have tested positive for COVID-19, after experiencing mild symptoms from the virus. A number of additional staff members exposed to those infected will be entering a 14-day quarantine. In order to remain in line with the safety protocols we have set in place, we will need to reschedule some events accordingly.

Please check this page or our social media channels for updates.

WHAT DIFFERENCE DOES IT MAKE?

It’s the little things that make the difference. We all know this. We’ve heard it time and again, and our experiences prove how true it is. In this series, we will be looking at how our faithfulness to God in the little things not only prepare us to exercise faith in big ways, but also the big impact even the smallest act of obedience and trust can have on the world that God is redeeming.

PROJECT 82

A wailing infant, left alone in the halls of a Kenyan hospital, draws the attention of medical staff. The adults begin to ask each other, "Huyu mtoto ni wa nani?" (Translation: Who does this child belong to?) On average, this scene unfolds hundreds of times every month in Kenya. A mother abandons her child – in a hospital, clinic or a police station. Or a child is taken from their family because of neglect, mental illness, or a simple inability to provide the things a baby needs to grow and thrive.

PROJECT 82’s Neema House provides up to 25 babies with a home, a family, and a place to belong. Because they believe babies may be left alone, but they are never abandoned by their Heavenly Father.

MOBILE MINISTRY

Mt. Bethel’s Discipleship and Missions teams have worked together to organize a mobile ministry for our metro area communities. We will have ongoing requests to meet the community needs, such as school supplies, food, clothing, etc., which will be delivered in dedicated vehicles by Mt. Bethel teams. Please consider participating in these acts of kindness, as we develop stronger relationships with the communities we serve.
