No words I could put on paper would truly encapsulate the magnitude of this internship. As a recent graduate, I found myself with a bit of flexibility in summer plans, and the Lord provided in ways of which I could never dream. Having the opportunity to reach out, strengthen relationships, and help lead a ministry with my peers is the ideal way toPearce Lane 1spend my final summer. In June, I spent 11 days in Kenya, four days in Panama City, and seven days in Honduras with mission teams. This opportunity would have been impossible without the internship. Are you kidding me? No one gets to do that! To call the internship a blessing would completely diminish its true impact. I have made lifelong friends and learned so much. The spiritual growth I have received from Gaylyn’s discipleship and through leading peers is unprecedented. I will carry this summer with me for the rest of my life.
