Do I need to register beforehand in order to attend?
No. There is no registration required to attend. If you are planning on attending, we encourage you to RSVP on our Facebook Event to stay up to date on the latest event details.
After I arrive, where should I go?
Event activities will line the edge of our back parking lot. There will be parking attendants to direct you to our designated parking areas which will be primarily in the front and side lots. A tailgate area will be reserved in the parking lot next to the large playground. Personal chairs, tables, and other items can be set up on designated spots within that area. Out of respect and the safety of others, we ask that people maintain social distancing guidelines and maintain at least six feet away from other groups. MB Event Team members will be dispersed throughout the campus to help direct.
Is this handicapped and/or stroller-friendly?
Yes. Handicapped parking spaces are available in various locations and other overflow areas. Upon arrival, please let our teams know if you have any additional needs.
Do I need to bring my own seating and shade?
Yes. Everyone attending will need to bring his or her own chairs, tables, or shade.
What time should I arrive?
The vendors will be set up and ready to serve by 5:30pm. Food trucks will stay as long as they have customers and food to serve.
Are dogs allowed?
No pets except service animals.
Can we go inside the church building?
The inside of the CAC at the back of the parking lot will be accessible for restroom use.
Do I have to wear a facemask?
Facemasks are optional at this time, although subject to change based on CDC and local guidelines at the time of the event.
How should I dress?
Dress comfortably! This event will be casual. Anything you would wear to a baseball game or other outdoor sporting event will be just fine here!
How will I receive inclement weather updates?
In the event of an inclement weather cancelation, we will post updates to the website and our social media platforms. To receive inclement weather notifications directly to your smart device, subscribe to the general push notifications on the MB App.
