2014 Summer Camp Dates and Fees

2014 Registration begins February 4.  All camps (except Sports Camps I & II) have online registration.

Sports Camps I and II are not available for online registration. We will begin handing out registration forms at 8:15am on February 4 in the CAC for these camps. Space is limited.

Soccer Camp: Co-ed ages 5-12

Baseball Camp: Boys rising Kindergarten-5th Grade

Basketball Camp, Session I: Co-ed rising 1st/2nd Grades
Basketball Camp, Session II: Boys rising 3rd/4th Grades
Basketball Camp, Session III: Boys rising 5th-8th Grades
Basketball Camp, Session IV: Girls rising 3rd-8th Grades

Volleyball Camp, Session I: Girls rising 4th/5th Grades
Volleyball Camp, Session II: Girls rising 6th-8th Grades

Cheerleading Camp – Girls rising Kindergarten-5th Grade

Soccer Camp

Mt. Bethel UMC along with Challenger Sport will present this camp. This camp focuses on teaching the correct execution of skills to prepare players for the next level. The fun competitions and individual attention will improve any player’s skills. Challenger Sports are recognized all over the world and based out of the UK.

Baseball Camp

Mt. Bethel UMC will present our summer baseball camp. Camp instructors are comprised of former major and minor league players, current and former collegiate players and high school coaches. This camp will focus on players’ mechanical and fundamental skills.

Sports Camp

Must Submit Copy of Insurance Card
Campers will be participating in the following: soccer, basketball, baseball, kickball, dodgeball, indoor rock climbing, etc. Some off-site activities include swimming, bowling, miniature golf, Stone Mountain and Red Top Mountain. Campers will participate in a mission project and devotionals.

Basketball Camp (Monday – Thursday)

Four-day camp focusing on fundamentals of the game: shooting, passing, dribbling and defense lead by our own Roger Kaiser (2-time All American for Ga. Tech, won three national championships as coach).

Volleyball Camp (Monday – Thursday)

This 4-day camp led by Mt. Bethel Christian Academy volleyball coaches Melissa Sneed and Brian Bergius will focus on the rules and fundamentals of volleyball while incorporating game play situations.

Cheerleading Camp

Mt. Bethel, along with local Varsity cheerleaders, will teach your Kindergarten – 5th grade daughter all of the cheering essentials.  The girls will learn cheers, routines, tumbling and stunts.
