Come discover the fascinating story of money—from barter to modern times. We’ll learn about the turbulent history of banking in America and see examples of rare coins and currency. We will visit the museum which features a display on the history of money as well as explore interactive, multimedia exhibits explaining the Federal Reserve’s role in the economy. The tour also includes a view of the bank’s automated vault and cash processing areas. We will depart Mt. Bethel at 10am to arrive at the Federal Reserve for an 11am tour. Following the tour, we will have lunch at Mary Mac’s Tea Room.
